Born on February 28: Pisces

Pisces, decan 1

Sub-ruler: Neptune

Neptune has no rival in this part of Pisces, so imagination, sympathy and a certain dreamy depth run through everything. You pick up on moods instantly, feel for people you have never met and often express it through art, music or quiet kindness. Being around you feels like being understood. Escape is the tempting exit, into daydreams, screens or other people’s problems, when your own life needs attention. Set one small, concrete anchor each day. Protect your sensitivity at work with clear limits rather than hiding it. You give everything in love; make sure you also ask, and that you believe the answer.

Birthday number 1

People with this birthday number tend to move first. You spot the gap, start the project, say the thing nobody else wanted to say. Independence matters to you, and being told how to do something you already understand can grate. Your gift is momentum: once you commit, others follow. The shadow side is impatience with anyone who needs more time, plus a habit of carrying everything alone. Let people help before you’re exhausted, and more of your starts will become finishes.

Born in February

Short, cold and oddly hopeful, February is the month when light starts returning before the weather catches up. People born now often combine two moods: Aquarius, which rules the first two-thirds of the month, brings curiosity, idealism and a taste for doing things differently, while Pisces, arriving around the 19th, adds empathy and imagination. Amethyst is the birthstone, a purple quartz associated with calm and clear thinking. The violet, small and sturdy, is February’s flower and a symbol of faithfulness. Friends tend to describe you as unusual in the best sense: open-minded, kind and hard to pin down.
